I actually ordered the Deluxe Crosstraining Package. This package comes with an additional 3 workouts (not including the bonus Core workout) ranging from 30-45 min, step with 4 risers and additional weights for the barbell so that you can continue to increase the intensity of your workouts as you get stronger and more fit.

Sometimes we are so busy rushing through our daily lives that we forget, the world really doesn’t revolve entirely around me!  As a Coach, I’ve found so many supportive people and been blessed to BE that supportive person and seen first-hand the difference it can make in life.  I have friends now that, had I not asked for support, I would have never known.  These are really great people.
