Beachbody has created some of the nation’s most popular in-home fitness and weight loss programs. Here are just a few!
We will be adding a summary of Beachbody programs here as often as we can, beginning with the most popular programs. In addition, we will be giving you both a male and female perspective of each and what we each believe may be the pros or cons for each program.
We hope that this will help you to make an informed decision about which program will best suit your needs, answer most (if not all) of the questions you may have regarding different programs, how they differ, who they are suited for and what each of us likes about them.
